Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has got married once again. A new video has surfaced online, in which the actor is seen attending a wedding-like prayer and performing wedding rituals. The actor is seen repeating his vows with his wife Maanayata Dutt. The two have been married for 16 years now.
In the video shared online, Sanjay is seen wearing an orange kurta and dhoti, while Maanayata is wearing a cream-coloured outfit. As per reports, Sanjay and Maanayata took the seven vows during the Griha Pravesh Puja. The couple recently got their house renovated.
Maanayata is Sanjay’s third wife. They got married in 2008. The couple got married in Goa. Before Maanayata, Sanjay was married to Riya Pillai. She was an air hostess and a model. Before that, he was married to Richa Sharma. The couple had a daughter Trishala Dutt. Richa died of brain tumour in 1996. Trishala is very close to Manyata and they are often seen spending time together.
Apart from Trishala, Sanjay has two more children from Manyata, they are twins – Shahraan and Iqra. Sanjay Dutt once talked about his children and said that I just want all my three children to be happy and have passion in whatever they do.
I am still acting because I love what I do and I want the same for them. Out of them, Trishala is a psychiatrist and is doing a great job as a counselor. She loves her work and I am very proud of her.
Sanjay Dutt further said that out of my two younger children, Shahraan is inclined towards football. In fact, recently he fractured his leg while playing. Right now, he is passionate about the game, but I still think he has all the qualities of an actor – he is attentive, intelligent, loves dancing and can mesmerize people with his humor. Iqra is more than an artist- her paintings are incredible and so beautiful. It’s hard to believe that someone of her age can paint so beautifully.
